I am available for public and private lectures and talks, on topics related to food and dining in the past. Previous and up-coming examples include:
- Seminar on live interpretation for York University: run as part of the Archaeological Heritage Management MA, 2006
- ‘The Baroque Lifestyle’ lecture as part of an adult education day on ‘Treasures and Pleasures of the Baroque Palace’ at Hampton Court Palace. Jointly presented with Mark Wallis of Past Pleasures, 2009
- ‘Debating the Tudors and Stuarts: Women at the courts of Henry VIII and William III’, lecture and tour given to Birkbeck University on behalf of Past Pleasures for Historic Royal Palaces, 2009
- ‘Food and dining at Audley End’, English Heritage members’ event to be held at Audley End, February 2010
