Public lectures & talks.
I am an experienced lecturer, available for both private and public talks and workshops on aspects of food and dining in the past. Talks and demonstrations can be given in or out of costume.
I have a set of ‘off the peg’ lectures (se below), but am also happy to tweak, tailor and write from scratch, so do contact me if you’re after a particular thing.
